The CV3440 is ideal for all types and thicknesses of fabric, the machine easily creates professional hems, chain stitch and decorative stitches.

Can be used with 4, 3 and 2 threads and up to 3 needles. Brother CV3440 is the perfect complement to your overlocker or sewing machine.

Coverstitch is particularly suitable for stretch fabrics such as knits and is made without knives, so it can be used not only to finish hems, necklines, collars and cuffs, but also for decorative effects in the center of the fabric .

Tightening a t-shirt, fixing an elastic band, attaching lace and ribbons, sewing belt loops, creating decorative stitching and circular hems are just some of the practical applications of this wonderful machine.

And something that other models don't have, it sews with normal sewing machine needles.

Triple cover stitch
