I have only used the machine a couple of times so far, but it seems fantastic! I think it will do everything I need it to, and I can't wait to have a real play around with its full capabilities. So far I have cut lots of little red felt ovals to be Robin's red breasts, and some printed cotton into little shapes to appliqué onto felt.

I have ordered a piece of expensive Pfaff equipment from them. I am usually a bit nervous about international orders of this value, and unfortunately the courier has not handled the package as well as they should have been, so it arrived with internal damage.
For insurance purposes ALWAYS sign packages with acceptance subject to integrity check. It will save some headache for both you and the seller.
I am happy with the way the issue has been resolved. Marco replied to my email fast and he kept me in the loop.
They collected the machine and immediately sent another identical one.
The whole process only took a few days and my equipment works as expected now.
