Break of the upper thread
The upper threading is not correct. Reapet the upper threading.
The needle may be ruined, even not visibly: change the needle.
The bobbin is not inserted or is inserted in a bad way. Insert correctly the bobbin.
Inadequate needle. Substitute it for an adequate one.
The bobbin case is ruined. Contact the assistance center.
Break of the bobbin thread
The upper thread got caught. Extricate the thread from the threadstand or in the bobbin case.
The bobbin hasn't been inserted correctly in the threadstand. Repeat correctly the threading of the bobbin and extract the thread.
The sewing machine omits a stitch
The needle hasn't been inserted correctly. Insert it correctly.
Inadequate needle. Substitute it for an adequate one.
The combination of fabric,thread and needle is not correct. Chek the table of the combinations of fabric,thread and needle.
Dust under the needle plate. Remove it with a small brush.
The upper threading is not correct.Ripete the upper threading.
Lower part of the seam with tangle of thread/not uniform stitches
Wrong threading. Pull out and insert again both the upper and the lower part.
Upper tension is too much loose. Tighten gradually untill to find the optimal regolation.
Upper tension is too much clutched. Loosen gradually untill to find the optimal regolation.
And/or needle plate ruined. Eliminate the asperities polishing the ruined part with very thin glass-paper, or substitute it.
Blunt needle, deformed or inadequate needle. Substitute it.
Winkles on the fabric
Threading is not correct. Repeat threading correctly the upper thread and the bobbin thread.
Inadequate needle. Substitute it for an adequate one.
The combination of fabric,thread and needle is not correct. Chek the table of the combinations of fabric,thread and needle.
The thread is too much stretched. Loosen gradually untill to find the optimal regolation.
Bobbin not inserted or wrongly inserted. Chek lower tension is too much loose. Tighten gradually untill to find the optimal regolation.
The fabric doesn't flow equally/ doesn't flow at all
The fabric feeder is lowered. Lift it with the regulation lever.
The combination of the selectioned stitch and the presser-foot is not correct. Substitute the presser foot for a suitable one.
The thread got caught. Extricate the thread from the threadstand or in the bobbin case.
Break of the needle
The needle hasn't been threaded correctly. Thread it correctly paying attention in threading completely.
Inadequate needle. Substitute it for an adequate one.
The combination of fabric,thread and needle is not correct. Chek the table of the combinations of fabric,thread and needle.
The fabric is stretched during the working. Head the fabric without stretching it.
Missed turning on of the machine
The button START/STOP hasn't been pulled (only for models with electronic control)
The foot controller cable hasn't been completely inserted.
The general switch is turned off.
The presser foot isn't lowered.
Difficulty in the display reading
The contrast of the LCD display is not correct. Regulate the contrast with the lever of the brightness control.
