Juki MCS 1500N Coverstitch Machine

The Juki MCS1500N is the perfect synthesis between an industrial cover-stitch and a domestic sewing machine.

Cover stitch is perfect for simple hems, cuffs and necklines.

Since the seams are stretchable, it is ideal for stretch fabrics.

With the chain stitch the bottom thread forms a chain on the wrong side of the fabric, the stitch is more resistant when it is stretched and ideal for seams at the waist and on the sides of the trousers.

It can also be used as a decorative seam for necklines.Adjust the differential feed and get perfect finishes, even with stretch fabrics like knitwear and georgette.

The hook can be threaded very easily by lowering it at the push of a button.

The presser foot pressure can be adjusted according to the type of fabric to be sewn ensuring professional results.

The foot has a toe that makes it easier to insert the fabric at the start of the seam without having to manually raise the foot.

Also, raising the lever to the first position raises the foot up to 10 mm.

The presser foot with guides (like the compensating presser feet used in industry) is supplied as a standard accessory and presses down on both the right and left sides allowing for precise seams even on garments that are not perfectly evened.

The external thread cutter is useful when removing the fabric after raising the presser foot after sewing is finished.
